the staff were helpful. i received a free upgrade to a decent-sized room. the rooms were cleaned often by room service, which i appreciated. i found the location convenient for accessing nearby amenities and attractions.

the kettle was quite loud. i could hear it when the people next door were boiling water.

The hotel has parking, a bonus. Staff greeted us politely upon arrival. I found the room very clean. The location is also helpful. The bus station is very near.

The furniture looked old. I also found the mattress quite uncomfortable. Stains on the ceiling were never painted over, that looked awful.
